The Environmental Working Group is worth mentioning again to promote what they do for me, for you , your family, and the planet.
It is a struggle for sure to not only raise awareness in how we can clean up the enviornment of chemical exposures, but how to do it in our own homes! Especially if you have family members who resist change.
When ever there is healthy change, it may seem boring and unglamourous but in the long run it is usually always beneficial. You just have to discover what is right for you and your family. There are so many websites/blogs to go to now to learn and get great ideas and tips from – that there should be no excuse to create a chemical free home.
And if you have kids – even more important.
